This ornate program weaves together a dynamic selection of Antonio Vivaldi Concertos. The virtuosity of the double bass and the bassoon will dazzle you while showcasing the musical genius of Vivaldi. Vivaldi’s La Notte (The Nightmare) takes the listener off-the-beaten Baroque path while his Chamber Concerto in D Major showcases virtuosic passages of the well-loved violin solos – a true trademark of Vivaldi.
